By using TTS For All (ttsforall.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What we offer

A free web service that converts text to speech and audio to text. No signup, no account, no payment. Offered "as-is" — we may change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Impersonate any person, organization, or government agency.
• Generate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative content.
• Generate hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit content involving real people without consent.
• Generate any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.
• Scrape, automate, or hammer the service beyond normal interactive use.
• Bypass our rate limits, bot protection, or abuse safeguards.
• Resell access to this service as your own product.

Violations may result in blocked access and reports to relevant authorities.

3. Your content, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any text or audio you submit, generate, or download. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

4. Output ownership

You own the audio and text you generate, subject to the rights of underlying voice/model providers. We claim no ownership of your output.

5. No warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTS For All, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators of TTS For All from any claim, loss, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising from content you submit or generate, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

8. Service limits

To keep the service free for everyone, we apply per-IP and global rate limits, length caps, and bot prevention. We may tighten these without notice. If you need higher limits or commercial-grade SLAs, please use a paid commercial provider.

9. Termination

We may suspend access, block IPs, or discontinue the service at any time, particularly in response to abuse.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law applies.
